What will you be doing?
- Assembling prefab façade elements on a production line
- Installing profiles, insulation materials, and glass panels
- Applying seals, rubber, and sealant (kit work)
- Mounting hardware such as hinges and locking systems
- Packaging finished façade elements carefully and safely
- Working flexibly across different workstation tasks
What we ask of you.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of metalworking and assembly techniques
- Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Skills in sealing, fitting, and precise finishing work (rubber, kit, glazing)
- Understanding of quality standards in production work
Bonus — nice to have:
- Previous experience in production, assembly, or technical manufacturing
- Familiarity with working in a production line environment is an advantage
