What it is

Doing business as a branch manager.

A business partner is our entrepreneurial branch manager. You work and think like an entrepreneur, but within FlexHero and with a stable fixed salary — without the financial risks of running your own business, but with the freedom to do business locally in your own way. You have final responsibility for your own branch and, together with your team, are involved in the construction of a growing network of FlexHero branches.

An onboarding programme, sales training and acquisition support, with a dedicated point of contact from the start.

From initial meeting to your own branch.

A flying start: we get going before you do, and work with you through the first few months.

The preparation

Front office, sales, marketing and recruitment map out your plans and get your sales environment, landing page and marketing ready.

The first month

You’ll start from a flexible office in your chosen location, equipped with a car, laptop and phone. You’ll get to know the organisation and make your first placements.

The first few months

You achieve your first successes and hire your first colleague. Together, you continue to build on the growth of your branch.

A close-knit team

Your team is growing, your first office is becoming too small, and together we’ll find the perfect location that suits both FlexHero and you.

After one year

The foundations are in place. Your first results are on the balance sheet — and with that, your profit share is within reach.

Further growth

If success continues, you will open a second branch as a senior business partner — and you will also receive 15% of the profits from the new locations.

An initial meeting: who are you, why do you want to become a business partner, and is there a connection?

We’ll explore the possibilities in more detail: where do you want to set up, in which fields of work, and with whom?

Planning & discussion

Together, we’ll look at your plans and discuss your knowledge, experience and suitability.

Present your plan

You map out your plan and present it to us. We’re keen to hear what you have to say.

Preparation

You sign your contract and get to work on marketing with our specialists.

Getting started

The adventure begins: together with the back-office team and later your own colleagues, you’ll make your branch a success.
