MIG/MAG welder (3G/4G)
in Eindhoven.

About the role.

A leading supplier of welding services to the Dutch mechanical engineering sector is seeking experienced MIG/MAG welders for its welding shop in the Eindhoven region, who are proficient in working with steel in thicknesses of 3–25 mm.

You will work on shift work (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) in a small team of six welders with a dedicated supervisor. You will read work drawings independently, select your own settings and be responsible for the final inspection.

What will you be doing?

• Welder in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 9606-1 in 3G and 4G positions
• Working with steel from 3–25 mm, particularly S235 and S355
• Independently setting up the welding trolley and wire type (SG2, SG3)
• Final inspection and signing off your own welding work
• Reporting to a designated supervisor

What we require from you.

• Valid 3G and/or 4G certificate (NEN-EN-ISO 9606-1)
• At least 3 years’ experience with MIG/MAG welding on steel
• Ability to read working drawings independently
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
• Basic English or Dutch, plus optional Portuguese, Spanish or Polish
• VCA certificate (you can arrange this through FlexHero if you don’t already have one)
