For account management roles, a short role-play case. For everything else, an interview + practical morning is enough. No psychological tests or online assessments.
Direct, hands-on, trade-focused. We work hard but also make time for barbecues, Friday afternoon drinks and an annual trip (last year Lisbon, this year Poland). No suits, but professionalism on site.
Eindhoven or Braga. Eindhoven is the head office; Braga is the recruitment hub. Hybrid working goes without saying (2-3 days in the office), but fully remote is only open to discussion for specific roles.
Recruitment + worker support: yes, at least 2. Back office + planning: Dutch is enough, languages are a plus. We have colleagues who speak Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian.
Yes — € 1.500/year personal budget + unlimited access to the internal FlexHero Academy. Courses can be taken during working hours.
Honest answer: that depends on your role and performance. Our recruiters who have been here for 3 years now earn € 3.800-4.500. Account managers € 4.500-5.500 + commission. Back office 10-15% above starting salary.
