Four days a week is an option; hybrid working is a given.

Sourcing in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Romania and Poland. Everyone regularly works with colleagues at our Braga office or on work visits to Southern Europe.

Training budget

€1,500 per year for courses, NLP coaching, professional qualifications or language lessons. Plus, we follow our own FlexHero Academy programme.

Fair salary & bonus

Competitive starting salary + profit-sharing based on KPI achievement. No hidden target pyramid; transparent criteria agreed upon during the intake.

Hybrid working

2–3 days in the office in Eindhoven, the rest wherever you work best. For account managers: mainly on-site with clients.

Short lines of communication with management

No distance from the founders. Weekly stand-ups, monthly 1-to-1s, quarterly meetings with the whole team — input goes straight into decision-making.

Internship at FlexHero.

A separate pathway, distinct from our permanent roles. For higher vocational education (HBO) and senior secondary vocational education (MBO) students with an interest in HR, international work or engineering. A full-scale project, a dedicated internship supervisor and a suitable internship allowance (to be agreed).

Frequently asked questions.

Do you use assessments or tests?

For account management roles, a short role-play case study. For other roles: an interview and a practical morning are sufficient. No psychological tests or online assessments.

What is your culture?

Direct, hands-on, professional. We work hard but also make time for BBQs, Friday afternoon drinks and an annual trip (last year Lisbon, this year Poland). No suits, but professionalism on site.

Is working from Eindhoven mandatory?

Eindhoven or Braga. Eindhoven is our head office; Braga is our recruitment hub. Hybrid working is standard (2–3 days in the office), but fully remote is only negotiable for specific roles.

Do you need to speak multiple languages?

Recruitment + professional guidance: yes, at least 2. Back office + planning: Dutch is sufficient, other languages are an advantage. We have colleagues who speak Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian.

Do you have a training budget?

Yes — €1,500/year personal budget + unlimited access to the internal FlexHero Academy. Courses may be taken during working hours.

What will I be earning in 3 years’ time?

Honest answer: that depends on your role and performance. Our recruiters who have been with us for 3 years now earn €3,800–4,500. Account managers €4,500–5,500 + commission. Back office 10–15% above starting salary.
