What do you earn
per month?
Indicative ranges per field based on a 40-hour working week, including average allowances for shift work and experience. The exact salary is set per vacancy and CAO.

How much will I earn per month?
Depending on your trade and shift pattern, €65 gross per month based on a 40-hour week. Welders and mechatronics technicians are usually in the higher bracket, production workers in the lower. Every vacancy page shows the range. We pay weekly, on time, with transparent timesheets.
What does the housing cost?
The rent is deducted from your wages and is €65 per week for your own room in SNF-certified accommodation. Including gas, water, electricity, internet and municipal taxes. No hidden costs or exit fees. Prefer to arrange your own housing? No problem — then this deduction no longer applies.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
For many production roles, basic English is enough to get started. Service engineers or supervisory roles do require Dutch. Our advisers speak Dutch, English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese — there is always someone who speaks your language. Want to learn Dutch? FlexHero Academy offers language lessons during working hours.
How soon can I start?
If you are already in the Netherlands: usually within 5 to 10 working days after intake. Coming from abroad: allow 2 to 3 weeks — we arrange your BSN, housing, transport and contract before you arrive, so you can simply start on day one.
Will I get a permanent contract?
Yes, straight away. Everyone signs an employment contract for an indefinite term with FlexHero, with fixed contracted hours under the client's CAO — from day one. Does your assignment change? We arrange the next placement and your contract stays in place. Many client companies also take skilled workers on permanently — we actively support this, with no transfer fee after 1.500 hours.
What if the job doesn't suit me?
Talk to your adviser first. We look for a solution together — sometimes it's a matter of adjusting things, sometimes of moving to another client company. With us, you are not tied to one company. We have 80+ client companies, so there is usually a suitable alternative close at hand.
Which certificates can I obtain?
Through FlexHero Academy: VCA, VOL-VCA, VCU, welding certificates (3G, 4G, MIG/MAG, TIG), forklift, reach & EPT certificates, F-gas for refrigeration technicians, and work-level language courses. 100% employer contribution, scheduled during working hours. 340+ certificates issued since 2023.
