Your pay with no surprises.
Through the hirer's remuneration, you earn exactly what a colleague in the same role employed directly by the client company earns — no reduction because you work via FlexHero. On top of that, you receive the allowances and benefits applicable at your client company. You’ll receive your payslip and annual statement digitally.
A quick path to a permanent contract.
You start with a short initial period and then move to a permanent contract with a fixed number of hours per week. No endless flexible phases: our aim is a long-term partnership, with certainty regarding pay, pension and mortgage. Would you like to be employed directly by a client company later on? We actively support that.
Holiday allowance & pension.
You accrue holiday hours and an 8% holiday allowance on your gross salary, paid out when you take holiday or at the end of your employment. As soon as you meet the conditions, you start accruing pension.
Paid weekly.
Every week, your pay is deposited into your IBAN, accompanied by a clear digital payslip. Weekend, sick leave and public holiday hours are listed separately, ensuring everything remains transparent.

Yes, that is our starting point. After a short induction period, you will move to a permanent contract with a fixed number of hours. We are not looking for short-term flex work.
What is the hirer's remuneration?
You’ll earn at least the same as a permanent colleague in the same role at the client company — no lower pay or conditions just because you’re working through FlexHero.
Do I accrue holiday allowance?
