How do I know which factor you apply for my sector?

Request a quote. For a MIG/MAG welder in the manufacturing industry it is around 2,0. For a process operator in 5-shift continuous operation (higher sickness risk) it is closer to 2,1-2,2. For production workers (low risk) 1,85-1,9.

How do you compare with large staffing agencies?

We are 5-10% more expensive than the mass-market agencies, but 20-30% cheaper than boutique agencies for specialists. We sit in the middle — quality without the boutique price.

Do you offer open-book accounting?

For inhouse relationships: yes, weekly reporting with a breakdown of every hourly invoice. For standalone staffing: a standard invoice with hours × rate, breakdown on request.

What if the skilled worker wants to earn more?

The hirer's remuneration is fixed by what a Dutch colleague earns — we won't deviate from that. If the skilled worker progresses (certificate, experience, language level), your own job classification adjusts and the rate rises automatically.
