Vacancies you don’t want to fill through temporary staffing or secondment, but for which you are looking for a verified candidate quickly. Fixed fee. Pay only on placement.
Sometimes you just want one person, on a permanent contract. A senior welder, a specialist mechatronics technician, an operator with VAPRO qualifications. Not a temporary placement — but access to a talent pool and an international network. That’s what recruitment and selection is for.
How it works.
- Briefing (week 1): we visit your site, go through the role, and get to know your team and culture.
- Sourcing (weeks 1–3): we utilise our 11 EU recruitment regions to find candidates who are an exact fit — not just ‘similar’.
- Pre-selection (weeks 2–3): screening, video interviews, certificate checks, language checks. You’ll receive 2–4 candidates with a rationale.
- Interview (weeks 3–4): you conduct the final interviews yourself. We facilitate travel and language support.
- Offer & start (weeks 4–5): contract directly with you; FlexHero steps back. We only handle practical settlement (housing, A1, BSN).
Fixed fee, no percentage.
We charge a fixed fee per craftsman placed — no percentage of the gross annual salary. Examples:
- Production / forklift / operator (€2,400–3,000 gross): €3,500 fee
- CNC / welder / fitter (€3,000–3,700): €5,500 fee
- Mechatronics technician / VAPRO B/C / specialist (€3,500–4,500): €7,500 fee
- Manager / VOL-VCA / project manager: on quotation
25% upon briefing, 75% upon placement. No placement, no further costs.
60-day replacement guarantee.
If the craftsman leaves within 60 days of starting (for whatever reason), we will find a replacement at no extra fee. In practice, this rarely happens — our pre-selection process is thorough.
When should you choose this?
- Permanent position without a temporary employment contract
- Minimum salary €2,400+ (otherwise, temporary placement is often more suitable)
- Specialist role for which the Dutch market is too small
- You want to be the legal employer yourself
Frequently asked questions.
Do you also work on a percentage basis?
Preferably not. A fixed fee makes the costs clear in advance — no ‘surprises’ due to a higher salary than expected.
What if the candidate leaves during their probationary period?
60-day replacement guarantee — we will find a new candidate at no extra cost.
Do you also offer executive search services?
For roles > €80k gross/year or executive-level management: not our focus. We refer clients to specialist partners.
How extensive is your sourcing?
We have active relationships with 11 recruitment regions in Poland, Romania, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Bulgaria. No scraped databases — we speak to real people on the ground.
Do you offer language and housing support after placement?
For the first 3 months, yes, free of charge: we help with housing, BSN, A1, and health insurance. After that, the craftsman is on their own at your company.
