How it works.

You submit an application (form or interview). Within 48 hours, you’ll receive 1–3 profiles that meet the job requirements, with reasons and points for consideration. Agreed? The craftsman starts within a week, with a dedicated contact person on our side.

Hirer's remuneration, no surprises.

The applicable collective labour agreement requires hirer's remuneration: your temporary worker receives the same pay as a Dutch colleague in the same role. We apply a conversion factor (typically 1.8–2.2 times gross pay, depending on pay scale and risk). No extra fees, no ‘service charges’.

Frequently asked questions.

How many craftsmen do I need to make a request?

From 1. No minimum number or minimum term above 1 working week.

How long does it take for the first profiles to be available?

Usually 48 hours after approval of the request. For highly specialised roles (e.g. ASME IX welders): 5 working days.

What if I’m not satisfied with the craftsman?

First 4 weeks: replacement guaranteed within 1 working week, at no cost. After that, subject to consultation — but in practice this rarely happens because we match candidates carefully in advance.

What about sick leave?

We bear the risk. Sick leave, continued pay, recertification in the event of prolonged absence: all at our expense. You only pay for hours worked.

Can we take the craftsman on permanently later?

Yes. After a period of 1,040 hours worked (~26 weeks full-time): no transfer fees. Before that: a decreasing fee per remaining period (to be discussed at intake).
