01The story

Started as a testing ground
for our own software.

FlexHero originated within Payoffice, one of the larger back-office agencies. They developed their own HR software there — and to test it in practice, we launched FlexHero as an in-house staffing agency. A testing ground that worked.

More HR brands were added later. Payoffice has since been sold, but the software and back-office expertise remained with us — and is now part of every placement. We operate from Eindhoven, with a sourcing team in Braga (Portugal). Part of Toeqan Groep B.V.

What we stand for

Craftsmanship over volume.

We grow at the pace of our quality, not the other way round. We’d rather find the right craftsman than make the quickest placement — and we stay involved after someone has started work.

The back-office and software expertise from our origins means that administration, payroll and compliance are simply spot on. No surprises — for the client company and the craftsman.
