FlexHero was founded in 2021 in Eindhoven by three people who were fed up with staffing agencies that confuse volume with craftsmanship. Today we work with 80+ Dutch manufacturers, logistics hubs and engineering companies — and with 250+ skilled workers who stay.

01Our story

Started as a testing ground
for our own software.

FlexHero was born within Payoffice, one of the larger back-office firms. There, in-house HR software was being developed — and to test it in practice, we launched FlexHero as an in-house staffing agency. A testing ground that worked.

More HR labels followed. Payoffice has since been sold, but the software and back-office expertise stayed with us — and today it goes into every placement. We work from Eindhoven, with a sourcing team in Braga (Portugal). Part of Toeqan Groep B.V.

What we stand for

Craftsmanship over volume.

We grow at the pace of our quality, not the other way round. We'd rather find the right skilled worker than make the fastest placement — and stay involved after someone has started.
