What is the difference between you and a large staffing company?
The large staffing companies are generalists with high volumes and standardised processes. We are a group of four specialists, each with in-depth knowledge of their own field of work. The result: more specialist expertise, shorter lines of communication, and genuine collaboration — no account manager mentality.
How do I know which brand suits my needs?
You don’t have to decide that yourself. Send your enquiry to one of our brands (or via our central contact); we’ll decide amongst ourselves which brand is the best fit and ensure the right expert gets in touch — often within one working day.
Do you work together or individually?
Both. For single-brand assignments, everything goes through that brand. For larger or multidisciplinary assignments, we deploy a team of two or more brands. One framework agreement, one central point of contact — but specialists working autonomously in their respective fields of work.
Do I get a discount if I use multiple brands?
For long-term framework agreements covering multiple brands: yes, in the form of a lower conversion rate and a fixed strategic HR advisory process included. No volume discount per individual assignment — we do not believe in a race-to-the-bottom on rates.
Who is my dedicated contact person?
For assignments via a single brand: that brand’s consultant. For multi-brand assignments: a group account manager who coordinates all four brands. One person, one phone number, one escalation line.
Are you actually big enough to provide strategic input?
With over 500 client companies and over 2,000 active employees across the group, we are among the top 25 HR groups in the Netherlands. For a board member or HR manager looking to brainstorm at a specialist level: yes, definitely big enough. For those looking solely for mass volume: choose someone else.
How do you ensure that the brands remain truly specialised?
Each brand has its own management team, its own P&L, its own sector focus and its own recruitment pipeline. We do share the back office (administration, legal, IT) — that’s where the economies of scale lie. But the substantive expertise remains with each brand.
