Volume discounts?

We do not offer volume discounts — our margin is already lean. However, for longer contracts (12+ months) or larger pools (10+ FTE on a structural basis), you can negotiate a lower conversion factor (1.8 instead of 2.0). Please enquire during the intake.

Frequently asked questions.

How do I know what factor you apply for my sector?

Request a quote. For a MIG/MAG welder in the manufacturing industry, it is around 2.0. For a process operator working 5-shift continuous shifts (higher risk of illness), it is more likely to be 2.1–2.2. For production workers (low risk) 1.85–1.9.

Do you compare yourselves to large staffing companies?

We are 5–10% more expensive than mass staffing companies, but 20–30% cheaper than boutique staffing companies for specialists. We sit in the middle — quality without the boutique price tag.

Do you operate an open-book accounting system?

For in-house clients: yes, weekly reports detailing the breakdown of each hourly invoice. For one-off placements: standard invoice showing hours × rate, breakdown available on request.

What if the craftsman wants to earn more?

The hirer's remuneration is set by what a Dutch colleague earns — we do not deviate from that. As the craftsman progresses (certificate, experience, language level), your own job classification adjusts and the rate increases automatically.

Do we get a discount for the second year of a craftsman’s employment?

After 12 months of uninterrupted employment, the employee becomes slightly cheaper for us (lower risk premiums, settled on the shop floor). We pass on part of that saving — typically a 5–8% lower conversion factor.
