How do you apply, what should you do if you don’t have the exact experience required, and how soon will you hear back?
How do I apply for a vacancy?
Click on the vacancy and press 'Apply' — enter your name and phone number (60 seconds). No account required. A recruiter will call you back within one working day.
What if I don’t have all the required certificates?
Apply anyway. We look at your experience and motivation. For missing certificates (such as VCA or forklift), we offer free training through FlexHero Academy.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one working day. We’ll call or WhatsApp you in your preferred language. If there’s a match, an introductory interview with the client company will follow within 48 hours.
Are all the vacancies genuine and up to date?
Yes, our vacancy listings are updated daily from our live ATS. Filled vacancies are removed immediately.
Can I register without choosing a specific vacancy?
Certainly. Register via the ‘Register’ page and indicate your preferred field of work and region. We’ll call you as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available.
Do you also work with international craftsmen?
Yes, 90% of our craftsmen come from the EU. We arrange housing (SNF), transport, language induction and Dutch support.
What about salary and contract?
In accordance with the client company’s collective labour agreement. Salary depends on the role, experience and qualifications and is stated for each vacancy. You will immediately receive an employment contract with an indefinite term and a fixed number of hours in accordance with the client company’s collective labour agreement — no flex periods. If you perform well, the client company will often take you on as a permanent employee.
