About the position.

As a CNC Bender at Inno Metal in Eindhoven, you work on high-precision sheet metal components used in advanced mechatronic systems. You independently manage the full bending process, from programming to final product, contributing to high-quality technical solutions.

What will you be doing?

• You program and operate CNC bending machines independently, choose the correct tools, and set up the machine for each job. You check dimensions and quality of your work and ensure high standards are met. You also contribute ideas to improve efficiency and processes while working closely with experienced colleagues.

What we ask of you.

• You can read and interpret technical drawings and determine the correct bending sequence. You have experience programming and operating CNC press brake (bending) machines, selecting the right tools, and setting up machines. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, especially when working with thin sheet metal.

Bonus — nice to have:

• You have proven experience in sheet metal bending, preferably with fine mechanical parts or prototypes and small series. Experience with CNC bending machine programming is required. You are comfortable working independently and continuously improving your skills.
