About the position.

Working as a Toolmaker creating and maintaining molds and tools. Producing high-precision, custom-made solutions (no mass production). Acting as the link between design and production

What will you be doing?

• Assemble, maintain, and repair molds and tools
• Machine precision parts (milling, turning, grinding)
• Test tools in real production conditions
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams
• Determine efficient machining methods
• Solve technical challenges and improve processes

What we ask of you.

• Knowledge of machining (milling, turning, grinding, polishing)
• Ability to read and interpret 3D technical drawings
• Understanding of materials and tolerances
• Problem-solving and technical insight
• Attention to detail and precision

Bonus — nice to have:

• MBO level 4 in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in toolmaking or machining is a plus
• Starters and experienced professionals are both welcome
• Good Dutch and English communication skills
