About the position.
As a CNC Miller, you will machine high-precision parts for moulds and tools on modern CNC milling machines. You will work to tight tolerances on bespoke work (not mass production) and form the link between design and production.
What will you be doing?
- Assembling, maintaining and repairing moulds and tools
- Machining precision parts (milling, turning, grinding)
- Testing tools under real production conditions
- Working with engineers and production teams
- Determining efficient machining methods
- Solving technical challenges and improving processes

- Knowledge of machining (milling, turning, grinding, polishing)
- Able to read and interpret technical 3D drawings
- Understanding of materials and tolerances
- Problem-solving ability and technical insight
- An eye for detail and precision
