About the position.

Working as a Tool Grinder in a precision tooling environment. Responsible for grinding, maintaining, and checking cutting tools. Contributing to high-quality production for various industries

What will you be doing?

• Grind CNC and conventional cutting tools
• Inspect and ensure product quality
• Prepare and maintain tools for production
• Monitor and improve quality standards
• Think along about planning and workflow optimization
• Work closely with colleagues in a team environment

What we ask of you.

• Experience with CNC and conventional tool grinding
• Strong technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and with precision
• Quality control and measurement skills
• Structured and proactive work attitude

Bonus — nice to have:

• MBO level 2/3 technical education
• Several years of experience in CNC grinding or similar role
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Good command of Dutch or English
