About the position.
As a machine operator, you operate CNC or production machines in a technical production environment. You keep the line running, monitor the quality of the end product and intervene when there are deviations. Working precisely and being machine-aware come naturally to you.
What will you be doing?
- Operating CNC or production machines according to work instructions and setup sheets
- Setting up and changing over machines for product changes
- Checking produced parts for dimensions, appearance and quality
- Recording production quantities, downtime and rejects in the production system
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and resolving minor faults yourself
- Reporting deviations to the line leader or maintenance department
What we ask of you.
- MBO level 2 qualification in Operational Engineering, Production Engineering or similar
- Proven work experience operating production machines
- Willingness to work shifts (two or three shifts)
- Quality-conscious and able to recognise deviations independently
