Production Operative — Ribbed Floors
in Wanssum.

About the position.

For a prefab concrete manufacturer in Wanssum, FlexHero is looking for a production operative for the Ribbed Floors department. You help produce and finish prefab floor elements. You are practical and enjoy working with your hands. You work a day shift and, together with the team, deliver a product of good quality. FlexHero arranges your placement, personal guidance and — if needed — proper housing and transport.

What will you be doing?

• Building and setting up moulds for ribbed floors
• Placing reinforcement and infill elements according to drawing
• Pouring and compacting concrete and finishing the elements
• Stripping, reworking and checking floor elements
• Repairing minor defects and preparing elements for transport
• Working cleanly and safely to the regulations

What we ask of you.

• Experience in production or construction is a plus, not a must
• You enjoy working with your hands and are practical
• Accurate, with an eye for finishing
• Available for day shift
• Dutch or English (basic)
