Production Operative — Shell Floors

About the position.

For a prefab concrete manufacturer in Wanssum, FlexHero is looking for 2 production operatives for the Shell Floors department. You contribute to the production of high-quality prefab floor elements: you carry out various production tasks and work with your colleagues towards a good end product. You work a pleasant day shift and like being practical. FlexHero arranges your placement, personal guidance and — if needed — proper housing and transport.

What will you be doing?

• Setting up formwork and moulds for prefab floor elements
• Fitting reinforcement, insulation and openings according to drawing
• Pouring and compacting concrete and finishing the floors
• Stripping, cleaning and preparing elements for transport
• Checking dimensions and quality
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe

What we ask of you.

• Experience in production or construction is a plus, not a must
• Practical and physically fit
• You work accurately to the work instruction
• Available for day shift
• An eye for quality and safety
• Dutch or English (basic)
