Production Operative — Building Elements
in Wanssum.

About the position.

For a prefab concrete manufacturer in Wanssum, FlexHero is looking for 10 production operatives for the Building Elements department. You help produce a range of prefab building elements: you carry out varied tasks and make sure the production process runs safely and efficiently. For one of the positions, experience with an overhead crane is preferred. FlexHero arranges your placement, personal guidance and — if needed — proper housing and transport.

What will you be doing?

• Helping produce a wide range of prefab building elements
• Setting up moulds, placing reinforcement and pouring concrete
• Stripping, finishing and preparing elements for transport
• Moving elements with the overhead crane (after in-house instruction)
• Checking dimensions and quality against the work instruction
• Keeping the production process safe, tidy and efficient

What we ask of you.

• Experience in production or construction is a plus, not a must
• Experience with an overhead crane is preferred for one of the positions
• Physical work suits you; you are practical and hands-on
• You work accurately and safety-consciously
• Available for day shift
• Dutch or English (basic)
