Production Operative — Shell Walls
in Wanssum.

About the position.

For a prefab concrete manufacturer in Wanssum, FlexHero is looking for 5 production operatives for the Shell Walls department. You help produce prefab concrete walls and make sure the process runs smoothly and the elements meet the required quality standards. You work a 2-shift rota and like to roll up your sleeves. FlexHero arranges your placement, personal guidance and — if needed — proper housing and transport.

What will you be doing?

• Building, measuring and setting out moulds for shell wall elements
• Placing reinforcement, openings and fixings according to drawing
• Pouring and compacting concrete and finishing the elements
• Stripping, checking and preparing elements for transport
• Monitoring dimensions and quality against the work instruction
• Keeping your workstation and tools clean and safe

What we ask of you.

• Experience in production or construction is a plus, not a must
• Physical work suits you; you are practical and hands-on
• You can read a simple drawing, or are willing to learn
• Willing to work a 2-shift rota
• An eye for quality and safety
• Dutch or English (basic)
