About the position.

As a BIM modeller, you build information-rich 3D models for construction and building services projects and make sure all disciplines connect seamlessly in the digital environment. You work in a multidisciplinary project team and are responsible for the quality and consistency of the model. Delivering clash-free is your standard.

What will you be doing?

• Building and maintaining BIM models in Revit or similar software
• Carrying out clash detection and coordinating model solutions with other disciplines
• Processing changes and revision requests in the model in line with the BIM execution plan
• Exporting drawings, bills of quantities and IFC files from the model
• Monitoring modelling standards and naming conventions in line with the project protocol
• Taking part in BIM coordination meetings and liaising with the project team and client

What we ask of you.

• HBO working and thinking level, in construction engineering, building services engineering or civil engineering
• At least 2 years' experience as a BIM modeller, preferably in a multidisciplinary project environment
• Proficiency in Revit (MEP, Structure or Architecture) and Navisworks or BIM Collab
• Knowledge of IFC standards and open BIM workflows
• Accurate, strong communicator and used to working as part of a team
