About the position.

For a prefab concrete manufacturer in Wanssum, FlexHero is looking for 2 lead hands for the Shell Walls department. As lead hand you prepare and coordinate the work on the production floor. You keep the overview, work closely with your colleagues and make sure everything runs to plan. You work a 2-shift rota and know how to get things done. FlexHero arranges your placement, personal guidance and — if needed — proper housing and transport.

What will you be doing?

• Translating the daily planning into work on the floor
• Working hands-on in the production of shell wall elements
• Checking moulds, reinforcement and dimensions before pouring
• Distributing work, guiding colleagues and training new starters
• Safeguarding quality, progress and safety
• Coordinating with work preparation and your supervisor

What we ask of you.

• Experience in prefab concrete, construction or production, preferably in a leading role
• You can read drawings and measure accurately
• You keep the overview and can motivate and carry colleagues
• Willing to work a 2-shift rota
• Dutch or English (basic)
