Assembly Supervisor
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As an assembly supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of an assembly team and the progress of several work orders at once. You keep an overview of planning, quality and safety without having to roll up your sleeves yourself. Communicating with engineers, purchasing and the customer is a regular part of your day.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and coaching a team of fitters on the shop floor
• Monitoring the assembly schedule and flagging delays or capacity issues in good time
• Safeguarding quality standards and safety guidelines during execution
• Holding work meetings with work planners, engineers and project managers
• Reporting progress status and bottlenecks through daily reporting
• Taking part in process improvement projects and implementing standardised work instructions

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 4 or HBO in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
• At least 5 years' experience in a technical assembly environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinating role
• Proven affinity with quality assurance and lean principles
• Strong at planning, prioritising and addressing team members directly
• VCA VOL certificate is desirable
