Piling Operative
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a piling operative, you drive piles into the ground to create foundations for buildings, engineering structures and infrastructure. You work with heavy equipment at varying construction sites in the Eindhoven region and Brabant. Precision is essential: a pile that is a centimetre out causes problems later in the construction process.

What will you be doing?

• Operating piling rigs and pile installations for vibrating or pressing in foundation piles
• Carrying out piling work in accordance with drawings, setting-out and work instructions
• Monitoring and recording piling data (blow count, set measurement, depth) in the piling report
• Setting up, moving and dismantling the piling rig or track mats between work areas
• Carrying out daily inspections of the equipment and reporting deviations
• Coordinating with the site manager and groundworkers on the work sequence and on-site logistics

What we ask of you.

• Experience in foundation engineering or civil engineering
• Driving licence BE or C (licence E for heavy transport is an advantage)
• VCA Basis required; VCA VOL is an advantage
• Technical understanding of equipment and an eye for safety risks in the workplace
• Willingness to work at varying locations in Brabant and the surrounding area
