About the position.

As a plasterer, you apply smooth and decorative plaster to the walls and ceilings of new-build and renovation projects. You work with machines and hand tools and deliver surfaces that are ready for painting or decorative finishing. For you, speed and flatness go hand in hand.

What will you be doing?

• Preparing substrates by cleaning, applying bonding agent and levelling
• Spraying and finishing machine-applied plaster on walls and ceilings
• Applying hand plaster and render in corners, at sills and in detailed work
• Checking flatness with a straightedge and spirit level and touching up where needed
• Applying decorative finishing coats such as decorative plaster or textured finishes
• Setting up and maintaining the plastering machine (e.g. PFT G4 or equivalent)

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 2 or 3 Plasterer or proven work experience in the trade
• Experience with machine-applied plaster is required; hand plastering is an advantage
• Physically fit for working at height and with your arms above your head
• Quality-focused and able to manage a daily schedule independently
