Product Engineer
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a Product Engineer, you develop products from technical concept to market-ready design. You work at the intersection of design, engineering and production preparation and make sure a product is not only technically sound but also manufacturable. You translate customer feedback, test results and manufacturability requirements directly into improved specifications.

What will you be doing?

• Developing product concepts and technical specifications in collaboration with R&D and marketing
• Producing 3D models and production drawings in CAD
• Carrying out and evaluating design tests, prototypes and first production runs
• Managing the product Bill of Materials (BOM) and revision history
• Liaising with suppliers and purchasing on component selection and tolerances
• Supporting certification and compliance processes (CE, NEN, ISO)

What we ask of you.

• HBO or WO in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or a similar field
• At least 2 years' experience in product development or product engineering
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA or Inventor) and PDM/PLM systems
• Knowledge of relevant standards and materials science
• Pragmatic, customer-focused and able to communicate technical trade-offs clearly
