About the position.
As a Welder (MIG/MAG/TIG) at Inno Metal in Eindhoven, you are responsible for producing high-quality welded metal components used in advanced technical and mechatronic systems. You work on both small series and complex custom parts, where precision and craftsmanship are essential.
What will you be doing?
- You perform welding operations using MIG/MAG and TIG techniques, ensuring strong and precise connections. You read technical drawings, prepare materials, and check the quality of your own work. You also contribute to improving processes and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
What we ask of you.
- You have experience with MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding techniques and can work from technical drawings. You understand different materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and steel, and know how to apply the correct welding methods. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
Bonus — nice to have:
- You have proven experience as a welder, preferably in fine mechanical or high-precision work. Relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain them) are a plus. You are comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
