About the position.
Producing high-quality welded assemblies using welding robots. Working according to technical drawings, specifications, and planning. Ensuring efficient and consistent production
What will you be doing?
- Place molds and prepare setups for welding
- Operate welding robots (programs are pre-set)
- Follow daily production planning
- Measure products and complete reports
- Count or weigh finished products
- Ensure product quality and safe working conditions
What we ask of you.
- Strong technical insight and welding knowledge
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic measurement and quality control skills
- Communication skills (Dutch or English)
- Programming knowledge is a plus
Bonus — nice to have:
- Proven experience in welding or metal production
- Experience with welding robots is a plus
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (in the future)
