Operations Manager
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As operations manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of the organisation: from incoming goods to final delivery. You steer on lead time, costs, quality and staffing, and work with all operational heads of department. In this role you drive results directly and are a key figure in the board or management team.

What will you be doing?

• Bearing ultimate responsibility for the operational department(s): production, logistics, technical services and/or quality
• Developing and implementing the operational strategy in line with the company objectives
• Monitoring operational KPIs and making adjustments at department level
• Optimising processes, capacity deployment and supply chain collaboration
• Holding budget responsibility for all operational cost centres
• Reporting to the managing director or CEO and taking part in management meetings

What we ask of you.

• HBO or WO (university) level, in industrial engineering and management, supply chain management or similar
• At least 10 years' relevant work experience, including 5 years in a senior management role with ultimate responsibility
• A proven track record of improving operational performance in a production or industrial environment
• Strong strategic and communication skills; experience with board meetings or boardroom dynamics
