Structural Steel Worker
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a structural steel worker, you build steel frames, load-bearing structures and industrial installations from sections, tubes and plates. You work both in the workshop and on location at clients' sites, combining welding with assembly and alignment. Working from drawings comes naturally to you.

What will you be doing?

• Assembling and welding steel load-bearing structures and frames
• Setting out and aligning structural components based on drawings
• Erecting steel structures on location or in the workshop
• Carrying out MIG/MAG and, where required, MMA welding
• Checking dimensions, plumbness and flatness
• Identifying shortcomings in design or materials and reporting back to the site supervisor

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 3 in Structural Engineering, Metalworking or similar
• At least 2 years' proven experience in structural or steel construction work
• A valid MIG/MAG welding certificate (ISO 9606 or equivalent) is an advantage
• Able to work from drawings and use measuring tools
• Flexible to work both in the workshop and on external sites
