About the position.
For a prefab concrete manufacturer, FlexHero is looking for a pattern maker for the pattern shop in Weert. You are responsible for making and adjusting patterns and moulds for production. You combine technical insight with accurate, practical work. You work a day shift and contribute directly to a smooth production process. FlexHero arranges your placement, personal guidance and — if needed — proper housing and transport.
What will you be doing?
- Making and adjusting patterns and moulds for production
- Translating technical drawings into a working pattern
- Working timber, steel and plastics with machines and hand tools
- Maintaining, repairing and preparing moulds for use
- Coordinating with work preparation and the production departments
- Checking dimensions and finish before handover
What we ask of you.
- Technical insight and experience as a pattern maker, carpenter or machine woodworker
- You can read technical drawings
- Practical, accurate and solution-minded
- Available for day shift
- Dutch or English (basic)
