About the position.

As a CNC milling machinist, you’ll operate and set up 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components. You’ll work from technical drawings and product data, making sure the correct programs, tools, and setups are used. During production, you’ll check the quality and dimensions of the parts. You’ll maintain digital records, including tool lists and programs, and resolve minor machine issues where possible. You’ll work closely with colleagues and contribute ideas to improve the production process.

What will you be doing?

• Programming CNC milling machines (3 and 5 axis) for specific tasks.
• Setting up and adjusting machines for optimal performance.
• Conducting quality checks on milled parts using measuring instruments.
• Maintaining machines and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to improve production efficiency.
• Keeping production data and reporting to the supervisor.

What we ask of you.

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller.
• Experience with both 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
• Familiar with programming in CAD/CAM systems.
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficiency in English or Dutch.
