Site Manager (Construction)
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a site manager in construction, you lead the operational staff on the building site every day. You translate the specifications and working drawings into concrete assignments, monitor progress and make sure the work is carried out safely, on time and in line with quality requirements. You are the link between the project leader in the office and the tradespeople on site.

What will you be doing?

• Leading your own staff and subcontractors on the building site
• Reading and interpreting specifications, drawings and work descriptions
• Monitoring daily progress and reporting to the project leader
• Ensuring compliance with the health and safety plan (V&G plan) and BRL requirements on site
• Coordinating material deliveries, equipment deployment and supply chain planning on the construction site
• Keeping track of additional and reduced work and recording it in the site diary

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 3 or 4, in construction engineering, civil engineering or similar
• At least 3 years' experience as a tradesperson in construction (structural work, finishing or civil engineering), complemented by supervisory experience on site
• VCA VOL certificate is required
• Good technical reading skills (drawings, specifications, standards)
