Production Coordinator
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a production coordinator, you are the link between the shop floor and management. You monitor day-to-day progress, resolve bottlenecks and coach staff on following procedures and quality standards. You combine technical insight with strong organisational skills.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating daily production activities across multiple lines or departments
• Leading and coaching production operatives and line operators
• Monitoring output, quality and safety regulations throughout the shift
• Escalating and resolving disruptions in the production process
• Running team meetings, one-to-one conversations and handover reports
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects (5S, lean, PDCA)

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 4 or HBO in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 3 years' experience in production, part of it in a coordinating role
• Proven supervisory or coaching experience on the shop floor
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF or similar) is an advantage
• Assertive and decisive, including under time pressure
