About the position.
As a façade installer, you install aluminium, steel or composite façade systems on new-build and renovation projects. You work precisely to size, install prefabricated façade elements and make sure the connection to the building shell is windproof and watertight. For you, technical insight and working at height go naturally together.
What will you be doing?
- Reading and interpreting assembly and working drawings of façade systems
- Installing aluminium and steel façade panels, sandwich panels and cladding
- Fitting battens, support structures and anchor points
- Applying sealing products: sealant, membrane and EPDM profiles
- Checking the dimensions, level and plumb of installed elements
- Coordinating sequence and interfaces with the main contractor and subcontractors
What we ask of you.
- MBO level 3 in construction, metalwork or installation, or proven experience in façade installation
- Knowledge of aluminium façade systems (e.g. Schuco, Hydro or equivalent) is an advantage
- VCA Basic certificate required
- Driving licence (category B) and willingness to travel within the Brabant region
