Senior Site Manager
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As senior site manager, you are responsible for the overall execution of one or more construction projects at the same time. You lead site managers, monitor the schedule and budget, and act as the technical conscience of the project on site. You work alongside the project leader and represent the contractor towards the client on the building site.

What will you be doing?

• Leading site managers, foremen and subcontractors across multiple construction sites
• Drawing up and monitoring the detailed construction schedule and workforce allocation
• Safeguarding the quality of the build in line with the specifications, NEN standards and client requirements
• Overseeing safety and enforcing the health and safety plan (V&G plan) at all locations
• Identifying risks and deviations and escalating them to the project manager
• Attending site meetings and representing the contractor in technical consultations

What we ask of you.

• HBO working and thinking level, in construction engineering or civil engineering
• At least 8 years' site management experience in construction, including 3 years as senior site manager
• VCA VOL certificate is required; additional safety training is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
