About the position.

For a prefab concrete manufacturer in Wanssum, FlexHero is looking for a lead hand for the Reinforcement department. You help steer the work on the floor and make sure the production process runs well. You keep the overview, support your colleagues and safeguard quality and progress. You work a 3-shift rota and like taking responsibility. FlexHero arranges your placement, personal guidance and — if needed — proper housing and transport.

What will you be doing?

• Helping steer the work in the reinforcement department and working hands-on
• Having reinforcement cages and mesh made to drawing
• Distributing work, guiding colleagues and training new starters
• Safeguarding quality, dimensions and progress
• Coordinating with planning and the adjoining departments
• Overseeing safe working and a tidy shop floor

What we ask of you.

• Experience in reinforcement, prefab concrete or metalworking
• You can read drawings and measure accurately
• You keep the overview and take responsibility
• Willing to work a 3-shift rota
• Dutch or English (basic)
