About the position.
As an electrician, you handle the electrical installation and wiring of machines, control cabinets and industrial installations. You work accurately, adhere strictly to NEN standards and safeguard the safety of your own work and of the end user. Your wiring should still be neat ten years from now.
What will you be doing?
- Connecting and wiring electric motors, frequency inverters, safety circuits and PLC modules
- Installing control cabinets and distribution boards in line with electrical diagrams and NEN 3140/1010
- Checking insulation resistance, RCD values and phase sequences before commissioning
- Carrying out fault repairs on electrical circuits and components
- Drawing up inspection reports and documenting deviations in the as-built file
- Coordinating progress and required materials with the project manager
What we ask of you.
- MBO level 3 or 4 in Electrical Engineering or Installation & Energy Engineering
- NEN 3140 VP certificate is required; knowledge of NEN 1010 is a strong advantage
- At least 2 years' experience as an electrician in an industrial or machine-building environment
- Safety always comes first for you; you never work without the applicable procedures
- Driving licence (category B) for work at customer sites
