About the position.

As a paver, you build roads, squares, driveways and footpaths that last for years. You work precisely with paving, tiles, clay pavers and paving materials in a wide variety of sizes and patterns. The projects are located in the municipality of Eindhoven and the surrounding Brabant municipalities.

What will you be doing?

• Laying and relaying roads, pavements, squares and driveways in clay pavers, concrete and natural stone
• Preparing and levelling the sand bed to the correct height and compaction
• Setting kerbs, edgings and gullies in accordance with setting-out and drawings
• Checking falls and straightness during laying
• Making connections to existing paving and carrying out repair work
• Operating plate compactors, trench rammers and other small hand-guided compaction equipment

What we ask of you.

• MBO qualification in Paving (level 2 or 3) or demonstrably equivalent hands-on experience
• Professional knowledge of paving materials, bonds and drainage patterns
• VCA Basis; driving licence (category B) (licence BE is an advantage)
• An eye for detail and quality-conscious regarding finish and dimensions
• Willingness to work independently in small crews for varying clients
