About the position.
As a 3-axis CNC Miller, you are responsible for independently producing high-quality plastic parts on 3-axis CNC milling machines for dry machining work. You will work on precision products where quality, accuracy and craftsmanship are paramount.
What will you be doing?
- Independently setting up, operating and changing over 3-axis CNC milling machines.
- Producing high-quality plastic parts according to technical drawings and work instructions.
- Checking the dimensions, quality and finish of the produced products.
- Carrying out in-process quality checks with various measuring instruments.
- Identifying and resolving minor faults and deviations during the production process.
What we ask of you.
- Able to independently set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines.
- Technical insight and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Able to work accurately and with a focus on quality.
- Comfortable working with technical drawings and specifications.
- Willingness to develop further towards CNC programming.
- Structured and responsible way of working.
- Experience as a CNC Miller in a machining production environment.
- Experience in setting up and operating 3-axis CNC milling machines.
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience in carrying out dimensional checks and working with measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programs and the ability to understand or adjust existing programs.
- Experience with plastics processing is an advantage.
- Experience with the following is an advantage: Heidenhain, Mazatrol, Hypermill, OneCNC.
