Production Planner
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a production planner, you make sure the right orders end up on the right machine at the right time. You take into account available capacity, material lead times and customer deadlines, and communicate proactively about deviations. You work at the intersection of production, purchasing and logistics.

What will you be doing?

• Drawing up and maintaining the short- and medium-term production schedule
• Aligning capacity and staffing with line supervisors and production management
• Monitoring material availability in collaboration with purchasing and the warehouse
• Communicating schedule changes and delivery time forecasts to internal stakeholders
• Analysing schedule disruptions (breakdowns, rush orders, absenteeism) and making adjustments
• Reporting on planning performance, OEE impact and delivery reliability

What we ask of you.

• HBO working and thinking level, in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering and Management
• At least 2 years' experience as a production planner in an industrial environment
• Working proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, AFAS, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and a skilled communicator at multiple levels
• Knowledge of MRP logic and capacity planning is required
