Senior Work Planner
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a senior work planner, you bear ultimate responsibility for the technical preparation of complex projects or production lines. You lead junior work planners, monitor the overall schedule and are the link between engineering, purchasing and production. Your overview prevents downtime.

What will you be doing?

• Assessing and improving technical documentation and manufacturability at an early project stage
• Drawing up detailed work instructions, process plans and bills of materials for complex parts
• Guiding and reviewing the work of junior work planners
• Coordinating alignment between engineering, purchasing and production
• Identifying risks in lead time or capacity and initiating solutions
• Contributing to improvement projects in the areas of work preparation and production planning

What we ask of you.

• HBO working and thinking level, in mechanical engineering, structural engineering or mechatronics
• At least 5 years' relevant experience as a work planner, part of which in a senior role
• In-depth knowledge of production processes such as machining, sheet metal working or welded structures
• Proficiency in ERP and CAD/CAM environments
• Leadership qualities and the ability to coach others
