Production Operative
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a production operative, you work in a production environment at a technical company in the Eindhoven region. You carry out repetitive or varied tasks along the production line, check output for quality and make sure your workplace stays safe and organised. Teamwork is the norm here.

What will you be doing?

• Carrying out production orders on the line or in a work cell in accordance with work instructions and drawings
• Checking products for dimensions, finish and quality requirements
• Replenishing and changing raw materials, packaging or tools during production
• Recording production output, waste and rejects in the production system or logbook
• Reporting faults, deviations and unsafe situations to the shift leader or maintenance department
• Keeping the workplace clean and carrying out 5S tasks at the end of the shift

What we ask of you.

• MBO working and thinking level (no specific qualification required; a technical background is an advantage)
• Willingness to work shifts (two or three shifts)
• Technical interest and an eye for quality deviations
• Independent, precise and focused on meeting the daily production target
• Command of the Dutch language (spoken and written, for working safely)
