What will you be doing?

• Setting up CNC milling machines and tooling, ensuring machines are correctly prepared for production runs. Performing first-off measurements and approving batches before serial production starts. Reading CNC programs provided by programmers and making minor adjustments when necessary. Building and optimizing setups and fixtures to improve production efficiency. Monitoring and improving production processes together with colleagues. Collaborating with programmers, operators, and quality engineers to ensure high-quality end products. Contributing to continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing workflows.

What we ask of you.

• Experience in setting up and operating 3- or 5-axis CNC milling machines, including tool setup and fixture building/optimization. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including form and position tolerances. Basic ability to read CNC programs and make small adjustments when needed. Knowledge of CNC controls, preferably Fanuc. Experience with first-off measurement and quality control before releasing production batches. Strong understanding of machining processes and materials such as aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and high-tech components. Familiarity with precision manufacturing and serial production environments.

Bonus — nice to have:

• Experience as a CNC miller/setter or strong hands-on machining experience in a high-precision environment, with a minimum of 1 year experience working on 5-axis CNC milling machines. Ability to set up CNC milling machines (3-axis or 5-axis) and work with series production. Experience reading technical drawings and understanding form and position tolerances is a plus. Familiarity with Fanuc controls is preferred. A technical vocational background (machining/metalworking) or equivalent practical experience is required. Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
