About the position.

Working as a Wet Paint Sprayer in a high-tech production environment. Responsible for applying high-quality coatings to precision components. Contributing to the finishing process of complex, small-series products

What will you be doing?

• Prepare and pre-treat parts (ferrous, non-ferrous, and plastics)
• Apply wet paint coatings with high precision
• Set up, adjust, and maintain spraying equipment
• Read and follow technical documentation and drawings
• Perform quality checks and ensure high finishing standards
• Contribute to process improvements and quality optimization

What we ask of you.

• Experience with wet paint spraying techniques
• Knowledge of different paint types and surface treatments
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
• Skilled in setting up and maintaining spray equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Bonus — nice to have:

• Proven experience as a wet paint sprayer (preferably in high-tech or industrial environment)
• Experience with pre-treatment processes is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
