Line Operator

About the position.

As a line operator, you are responsible for a complete production line: from start-up to shutdown. You monitor the process, make adjustments when quality or speed deviates and make sure the handover to the next shift goes smoothly. You work in an environment where every minute of downtime counts.

What will you be doing?

• Starting up, monitoring and shutting down the entire production line in accordance with procedure
• Setting process parameters (temperature, speed, pressure) based on the production order
• Checking product and process quality at fixed checkpoints
• Resolving simple faults and reporting complex faults to the maintenance department
• Guiding staff on the line and directing work during the shift
• Recording production performance, rejects and faults in the MES or logbook

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 3 in Operational Engineering, Process Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience as an operator on a multi-stage production line
• Basic knowledge of process control and recognising process deviations
• Willingness to work a fully continuous or three-shift system
