About the position.

As a printing press operator, you’ll run a modern press and make sure each order meets its specifications. You’ll set up the press, check colors and print quality, and monitor the process. If you spot a defect or technical issue, you’ll investigate and take action. You’ll work with colleagues in areas such as planning and prepress to complete orders on time and to the required standard. You’ll work a three-shift schedule.

What will you be doing?

• Operating printing presses and ensuring efficient production.
• Carrying out quality checks on printed work.
• Maintaining and cleaning machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Setting up machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Resolving minor faults and carrying out repairs where necessary.
• Reporting production data and deviations to your supervisor.

What we ask of you.

• Experience as a printer in the manufacturing industry.
• Technical insight and skill in operating machines.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
