Concrete Repair Technician
in Eindhoven region.

About the position.

As a concrete repair technician, you repair deteriorated or damaged concrete structures on bridges, car parks, tunnels and industrial buildings. You work with specialised repair mortars and systems and make sure the structural integrity and service life of the concrete are restored. This is technical craftsmanship in which diagnosis is just as important as execution.

What will you be doing?

• Inspecting concrete damage: carbonation, chloride ingress, reinforcement corrosion and cracking
• Milling out and blasting deteriorated concrete back to a sound substrate in accordance with EN 1504
• Applying corrosion inhibitor to exposed reinforcement
• Applying PCC and EMACO repair mortars by hand or by spraying
• Applying impregnating agents, coatings and sealing systems
• Documenting completed work and material usage in the project file

What we ask of you.

• MBO level 3 Concrete or Civil Construction, or proven experience in concrete repair
• Knowledge of EN 1504 standards for concrete repair is a strong advantage
• VCA Basis certificate required; VCA VOL is an advantage
• Experience with blasting equipment, milling machines and airless spraying equipment
