About the position.

As a wet paint sprayer, you apply liquid coatings to industrial products using automated or manual spray systems. You work accurately with paint mixtures and are part of a production-focused environment where speed and quality go hand in hand. You know the risks of working with solvents and handle them professionally.

What will you be doing?

• Preparing and mixing wet paints based on technical data sheets
• Setting spray equipment for pressure, distance and spray pattern
• Spraying primers, intermediate coats and topcoats onto metal components
• Monitoring drying times and curing conditions (temperature, humidity)
• Cleaning and maintaining spray guns and lines
• Identifying deviations in paint quality or the final result

What we ask of you.

• Experience as a wet paint sprayer in an industrial production environment
• Knowledge of 1K and 2K paint systems and the corresponding hardener ratios
• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in Coating or Painting
• Willingness to work shift work (two-shift or three-shift system)
• VCA Basic and a breathing apparatus certificate are an advantage
